We will adapt your excursion based on your Cruise Schedule:

-Pick-up will be arranged 0,30 hour later estimated cruise dock;
-Drop-off to the port will be set within 1 hour before cruise departure.

Our staff will be pleased to meet & greet you at the Docking Pier.

TRAPANI PORT:
Our staff will be pleased to meet & greet you at the Docking Pier.

MESSINA PORT:
The Port Authority in Messina has limited the access in the Port area and our staff will be pleased to meet & greet you outside the Cruise Terminal.

CATANIA PORT:
The Port Authority in Catania has limited the access in the Port area and our staff will be pleased to meet & greet you outside the Docking Pier. Despite the long distance between the docking pier and the port exit (around 900 meters walking distance) we are unable to solve this matter because the Catania port authority has introduced a really expensive fee to allow private vehicles to enter inside the port area. At time of booking, we will provide you all the necessary details and emergency cell phones.

TAORMINA-GIARDINI NAXOS  PORT:
You will join the docking pier by tenders. Our staff will be pleased to meet & greet you at the tender stops.

Cancellation Policy:

-Total refund up to 15 working days before arrival
-25% of total amount won’t be refunded from 14 to 10 days before arrival
-50% of total amount won’t be refunded from 9 to 5 days before arrival
-100% of total amount won’t be refunded from 4 to the day of the services or after (No refund for no show).

In the event that the ship does not dock at the scheduled port advised at time of booking (for weather conditions), all services will be completely refunded only if our Company will be allerted at least 12 hours before the tour departure was planned.

Travel Plan Exchange:

TAORMINA-GIARDINI NAXOS PORT:
Changes of your travel plan in case of bad weather forecast and impossibility to dock by tenders, the cruise’s captain will decide  to:
Cancel the stopover in Taormina-Giardini Naxos port or in Sicily OR he will decide, in accordance with the Port Authorities availability,  to swap the stopover using different ports e.g. Catania port or Messina port. The Port Authority won’t share with us this information, as well as the cruise line, and because of it we have no chance to rearrange the excursion in accordance.

If you call us 24 hours before tour begins we can ask to our staff to meet you in a different port and you will pay an extra fee of euros 50,00 (total) cash directly to our staff up to 8 people. This extra amount is due to cover the extra miles from Giardini Naxos to Messina-Catania and vice-versa and highway tolls. Of course, we will do all our efforts to respect the itinerary but in case of less time disposal we will be forced to reduce or remove some visits in accordance with your new cruise schedule.
If you won’t call us 24 hours before tour begins, the excursion is considered cancelled and we will refund you in total as per shore-excursion cancellation policy.
