Coach Tour to Panarea & Stromboli

ITINERARY:
The island of Panarea is very famous for its refined architecture and for the international jet-set, while Stromboli, an island with a characteristic conical shape, is dominated by a perpetually active volcano. Departure by bus to the port of Milazzo in the north and continuation on board a motorboat to the island of Panarea. Free time on land to visit the typical village, enjoy the beach and have lunch in a local restaurant (extra). Free shopping among the typical shops of the island. Transfer by motorboat to Stromboli and visit of the island on land until sunset. Return on board. Visit from the sea of the “Sciara del Fuoco” from which you can see the explosions of the volcano. Return in the late evening.

Taormina Terminal Bus, Via Luigi Pirandello. Please reconfirm the excursion at least the day before directly with the Supplier and be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time. Pick-up is also available in the areas of Taormina by the sea, Giardini Naxos, Recanati and Letojanni. Please contact the supplier to get more information about the closest pick-up point. AEOLIAN ARCHIPELAGO:
The Aeolian Islands, UNESCO World Heritage Site, are seven islands located North East of Sicily in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Lipari is the biggest of the islands, the other islands are: Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, Alicudi and Filicudi. Stromboli & the Sciara del Fuoco: It is a famous black hollow where the lava flows fall from the volcano. By night, the flow look like fire waterfalls in the dark.

OPERATED BY: This tour will be operated by a local supplier (all details after Confirmation). The supplier reserves the right to cancel trips under exceptional circumstances or for insufficient number of participants even after Confirmation. In such cases passengers will be promptly informed and offered an alternative tour and if the tour is a lower or higher cash value passengers will be take care to pay difference or will receive a refund. If passengers will refuse the alternative tour, the full amount paid will be refunded.

The execution of sea excursions is subject to the decisions of the shipping company and the competent authorities. Visits from the sea to the coast and to the “Sciara del Fuoco”, as well as circumnavigations, are subject to sea weather conditions and the discretion of the Captain for the protection of passenger safety. From the end of September, departure is brought forward by one hour. Recommended clothing: swimsuit, beach towel, windbreaker. In case of no-show, the shipping company’s costs will be charged. Other groups will be present on board. The motor vessel is equipped with a bar and toilets. It is absolutely forbidden to consume take-away food and/or drinks on board.
